JOB PURPOSE:

This position will work closely with the executive team to oversee all data, customer, and technology support and make sure that it is working in alignment with global corporate goals and initiatives. In this role you will work directly with the VP of Operations to implement and improve company frameworks and streamline communication and connectivity between teams. You are a trusted advisor who is willing to receive and give feedback, and you are extremely organized, energized, and you see opportunities in everything.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed
  • Follow and implement Accountability Tree framework
  • Take corrective action to solve organizational problems in a collaborative manner
  • Work closely with Human Resources to lead teams with integrity, establish & maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment
  • Optimize business workflows cross departmentally, specifically with assistance from automation teams
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and satisfaction
  • Uphold organizational policies and standards, design and implement boundaries system
  • Collect and organize backlog tickets, implementing those that are necessary for company success
  • Hold regular check in meetings with key stakeholders to understand areas of improvement and keep strong professional relationships
  • Create and manage company apps and software
  • Reduce and improve company costs
  • Act as a Leader of Change

Education/Knowledge/Skills:

Required

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • General Gaming industry knowledge
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience leading customer service teams preferable
  • Proven track record of success in leading, mentoring and scaling teams
  • Expert negotiation skills with a focus on establishing contract terms with vendors
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Flexible on subject matter (Work Experience supersedes)
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to accurately maintain complex applications
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to successfully participate and lead projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to build successful client relationships
  • Established track record of driving revenue
  • Must have a passion for games and/or prior experience in the game industry
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred

  • Experience with an entrepreneurial organization

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while achieving a high degree of accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities including effectively prioritizing a significant workload

  • Ability to participate in and lead special projects.
  • Ability to build positive relationships that in turn result in increased revenue for the organization
  • Performs well on cross-functional project teams and with external vendors and clients
  • Both understand and sell the product.

External Relationships:

  • Partners with external vendors and maintains positive relationships
  • Partners with clients and maintains positive relationships
