The Challenge

The Director of Internal Communications will lead the global internal communication strategy for T2 and provide guidance to our labels. The role will set the tone across our enterprise by connecting with our colleagues through many platforms and is critical to ensuring that our colleagues hear from us consistently, and with a unified tone. Communication will come in many forms, and this role will utilize a myriad of platforms and work with many internal teams. Our inclusive communication approach ensures that no matter which form of communication our colleagues prefer, we will meet their needs.
What You’ll Take On
- Create internal communication strategies for Take-Two globally with an understanding for and our business goals and culture.
- Develop an internal communication framework that drives a consistent message and establishes the appropriate cadence with our key stakeholders.
- Develop an internal voice and tone which can be scaled for use by the broader HR team, which is reflective of our culture and leadership.
- Work in concert with T2’s Corporate Communications department to ensure that internal messaging is consistent with external messaging and guidelines as a public company.
- Support enterprise-wide communications for key executives, including emails and presentations.
- Support the development and implementation of internal communications for Human Resources (People & Total Rewards); Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); Technology (IT); Workplace Solutions; Events, and others as needed for ongoing cross functional company programs and initiatives.
- Represent the voice of our colleagues to leadership and ensure that resulting communications reflect their concerns and issues in the workplace.
- Serve as trusted communications advisor to the leadership team for timely and sensitive issues.
- Partner with the internal design team to craft visually engaging messages and tools in various platforms (Digital Workplace, social media, etc.).
- Create and own the Company’s internal communication calendar and demonstrate the ability to manage communications timelines across a variety of initiatives and platforms.
- Work with HR teams to drive the employee value proposition and employer brand that can be leveraged across our labels.
- Develop strategies to help evangelize and market existing resources and tools that we offer to our colleagues.
- Create campaigns to announce programs and to promote and educate our colleagues on an ongoing basis.
- Transition the creation and updating of existing pieces from external communication consultants and designers to internal resources and platforms
What You Bring
- An inclusive approach with the ability to build and manage relationships, share knowledge, and influence others.

- An understanding of the need to grasp and validate our existing culture and a willingness to ask questions and learn vs. telling and doing.
- 7-10 years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and editing abilities
- Proven problem-solving experience that can identify the source of the problem, its effect on other functions and stakeholders, and recommended solution.
- Strong sense of self-awareness and the proven ability to lead and collaborate in an exciting and dynamic environment.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and transparent messaging.
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across all levels and functions.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and to be part of a lean and nimble team.
- Outstanding judgment, with a balance of confidence, maturity, refinement, and energy.
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in hybrid work environment.
- Ability to be flexible, shift with the needs of our business and perform well under pressure.
