You'll be leading growth marketing for our global brand and retail locations around the world. You will be responsible for making sure our retail locations have overwhelming demand and opportunities to expand guest counts and revenue. This role requires the ability and willingness to switch back and forth between strategic planning, project execution, and program analysis.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Paid media: you'll be responsible for setting our guest acquisition strategy through paid efforts both online and offline. You will work to launch new retail locations and to drive further demand to our existing locations. You will be the primary interface with our advertising agency, ensuring resources are strategically allocated and campaigns achieve their goals. Success means our stores are overflowing with demand with efficient marketing spend.
- Segmentation: You will help define and better understand current and future customer segments. With this understanding you will help drive the strategy for effectively reaching and marketing to these customer segments, with the objectives of maximizing the use of available capacity, generating incremental revenue and increasing lifetime value. To achieve these goals, your projects will range from helping formulate and execute customer research projects to implementing product and promotional tests, to analyzing results and suggesting new approaches.
- Channel optimization: You will employ analytical, technical and subject matter knowledge to expand and optimize owned channels including website (SEO, content optimization) and landing pages, and to identify new owned, earned and paid channels that reach target audiences.
- Our Brand Voice: You will partner closely with our Marketing Manager, SVP of Marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure all customer-facing creative and messaging works to further establish Sandbox VR as the most premium brand in our category.
- Analysis: You will employ analytical rigor and technical know-how to implement additional tools, techniques and processes for measuring the impact of marketing programs and investments on business performance, guest perceptions and other KPIs.
What We Are Looking For:
- We're looking for someone who has at least 8 years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation across a variety of channels, and have an exceptionally strong portfolio of marketing work.
- You should have a strong quantitative bent - you must know how to measure impact of campaigns, initiate and maintain program analysis, and recommend courses of action based on data.
- You must be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise about growth marketing channels and emerging marketing technologies and SEO, including specific examples of programs you’ve initiated and executed which have had a measurable positive impact on business growth.
- You should have experience shepherding a consistent, high quality brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
- You should be comfortable working cross functionally across a fast-paced, high-growth retail business.
- Strong work ethic and desire to find new ways to scale a business.
