Director of Creators

We are looking for a Director of Creators who will play an important role helping streamers and content creators grow and earn revenue via our Sponsored Live Breaks product and multi-streaming tools.

This role will help define and lead streamer recruitment, Network partner management, onboarding, communication, as well as management of the network on scaling inventory and collaboration with the sales organization on bringing more dollars to creators across the Super League Mobcrush Network.

Job description include:

- Identify and Qualify Creators to Join Network

- Grow and Manage Network Roster and Inventory

- Develop Management and Talent Agency relationships

- Drive Outbound calls and emails with internal and external teams

- Support the Sales Team on talent acquisition

- Build and present inventory forecasts along with Pacing for campaigns and creator payouts

- Negotiation Terms and Costs with larger partners and networks

- Organized tracking of creator accounting, payment, and invoices/IOs

- Develop and program content for outbound Creator recruitment :Social,Discord,Newsletter,Medium

- Socialize new features and updates

- Maintain FAQs for creators

- Strong understanding of live streaming content creation and terminology : OBS, StreamLabsOBS,Xsplit, Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok-Social analytics, measurement, and reporting

- 5-10 years of experience in working in the digital gaming media/advertising management space

- Previous experience at an advertising agency, or talent management firm is a plus

- Excellent communication and organizational skills required

- Knowledge within the streaming and gaming space is a plus

- Interest and experience with twitch, youtube, facebook, instagram, tik tok, and snapchat are also a plus
