Led by Dead Space and Call of Duty franchise veteran Glen Schofield, a new AAA development studio has risen within the San Ramon Hills of the San Francisco Bay Area. We have planted roots in beautiful Bishop Ranch and are now building our flagship state-of-the-art development studio establishing the East Bay as the new up and coming creative and technological hub we know it to be.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Community Team.
- Partner with the studio on all communications
- Be the voice for the game with consumers and community.
- Manage player engagement mediums.
- Develop a growing and healthy community.
- Engage our community via forums, live stream, social media channels and other available platforms throughout the life cycle of the game.
- Craft and execute on community strategy.
- Ensure community communication is reflecting what the game is, setting the right expectations.
- Collect, organize, and raise community feedback to the stakeholders within the dev team to ensure community-driven game development.
- Write up statements, patch notes, copy for website etc. on behalf of the game.
- Identify and report on key metrics demonstrating community health and growth. Aligning with overall Marketing KPIs.
- Be confident in front of a camera and able to think on your feet during live streams to our fans.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ years of community management and/or social media management experience
- Comfortable communicating with players online
- Passionate about video games and video game culture
- Experience with different gaming segments
- Basic Photoshop skills and video editing tools
- The passion to create a variety of types of media
- Enjoy working solo, and collaborate across teams
- Solution-oriented problem solver
- Previous experience from community management within the video games industry
- Fluent in English, Korean speaking is a plus
