Looking for Director of Brand Partnerships...
Loaded is in pursuit of a Director of Brand Partnerships to assist in the development of a best-in-class Sales department outfitted for the ever-evolving needs of clients eager to expand their footprint in the gaming industry through the company’s growing influencer sales business.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and oversight of Sales department team members, as well as an influential contributor to crafting optimal strategies and processes necessary to meet the department’s goals and KPI as it pertains to brand partnerships.
On any given day you might…
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Evaluate current and future hiring needs, proposing strategies to meet new Sales department goals, KPIs, and resourcing requirements.
- Collaborate with People Ops and senior cross-departmental leadership to vet, hire, and onboard Sales department candidates.
- Actively participate in interview panels, the drafting of job descriptions, and other organizational diligence necessary to optimize the department for growth and scale.
- Ideate strategy for existing and new sales inventory including staffing needs, packaging, and pricing.
- Develop and deploy strategies for improving and forecasting resourcing requirements, packaging opportunities, and pricing methodologies.
- Oversee the development of sales materials, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders from Creative, Content, SGP, and others, as needed.
- Develop and deploy forward-thinking sponsorship and sales solutions to meet brand and creator objectives.
Ideally you have…
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Multiple years of senior or managerial-level experience in brand partnerships; sponsorships preferred. Exceptional organizational skills. including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- A self-driven work ethic with team-focused coordination.
- Extensive experience with CRM software, including Pipedrive and Salesforce.

- Have a strong network of brands both inside and outside of gaming, including game developers and game publishers.
- Have prior experience working on brand campaigns with influencers; specific to gaming is a plus.
- Actively participate in gaming and popular culture trends, technologies, and activities.
