YOUR MISSION
The in-house creative team is looking for a forward-thinking leader to grow our video group as a Director of Video, you will lead a team of in-house creative marketing video artists including our ACD’s. This role will be responsible for managing a team that supports video editing, audio mixing, music composition and shooting. You will enable best in class marketing work.
This position reports to the head of Creative Services and works closely with art directors, editors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
PLAYER PROFILE
This person will partner with creative leads to develop and sustain the most collaborative and effective in-house video creative team.
Build and lead a team of craft editors and assistant editors
Attract and cultivate diverse and exceptional talent
Create compelling content
Establish structure and process that will empower people to produce their best work
Foster a culture of collaboration, creative ambition and dedication to craft
Collaborate with leaders to drive innovative ideas that support our growth goals
She/he is fluent in video concepting, pre-production, production and post production. They will maximise team capabilities, and ultimately elevate and unify our brand voice across the globe in order to strengthen and scale our presence in the market.
This person is a big picture strategist with demonstrated knowledge of how video content and other audio-visual media not only acquire audiences but keep them engaged
She/he is a proven leader and manager with experience in supervising and developing video talent, while encouraging a fun and positive work environment.
10+ years in video leadership roles for marketing services, creative service agencies, network promotions or a similar field (broadcast, digital, and/or experiential a plus).
Primary skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, problem solving, time and project management.
Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Grace under pressure with a strong sense of collaboration.
