Job Description
Nexon America has an exciting opportunity for a Director, User Acquisition to lead the UA efforts across all platforms – PC, Console, and Mobile! We are looking for a seasoned manager who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to dive into the work, but also lead and develop a high-performing UA team.
Responsibilities:
- Own all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition, bringing leading analysis and insight to aggressively improve acquisition funnel and customer quality.
- Stay current on the user acquisition landscape, growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth.
- Drive optimal performance of user acquisition spend to hit KPI targets and achieve user and revenue growth
- Lead and develop the UA Team in the management and optimization of marketing campaigns
- Develop test plans and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities • Collaborate with the Creative Services team on ad creative development and ensure production schedules remain on track
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study
- 8+ years of digital marketing/user acquisition experience or in relevant field, preferably in the gaming space
- 3+ years in a leadership and management role
- Experience successfully managing budgets across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
- Expert-level understanding of the current user acquisition and marketing landscape
- A desire to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to project plan and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
- Expertise with Excel or Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization software is a plus
