Role Overview
We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to help us reimagine and implement a DEI-focused talent strategy from the ground up. Linden is positioned for growth and we’re looking for a leader and collaborator with the vision and follow through to help us realize our goals.
This role reports to and partners with the Chief People Officer in leading the talent acquisition function with an emphasis on analytics to help us find and empower diverse talent, define our candidate-facing employer brand, and provide an extraordinary candidate experience.
What We'll Offer You
The stability of an established company with new startup momentum. An unparalleled opportunity to create -- relationships, systems, strategy and culture. An environment where your voice will be heard and your impact deeply felt. A sense of belonging where your work is appreciated and rewarded.
Beyond our outstanding learning offerings as part of the Linden Total Rewards package, you’ll be surrounded by creators, supporters, advocates, strategists, and hilarious human beings - all of whom are eager to collaborate and grow alongside you. We’ve got a highly engaged People Team with nothing but green lights ahead.
What We'll Create Together
- An actionable and iterative talent planning roadmap that drives our DEI mission forward
- An extraordinary, candidate-centered recruiting process to support our future growth
- A reimagined and engaging candidate-facing employer brand to attract the best and the brightest
- A talent training program to develop thoughtful interviewers and dynamic brand ambassadors
- A broad network of professional partnerships and connections to ensure a robust hiring pipeline
What You'll Bring To The Team
We’re looking for a leader who is a connector. You’ll showcase your business acumen through your understanding of the talent lifecycle and how the TA function sets the tone for the culture of a company. The post is uniquely positioned to grow the Linden community - a task we don’t take lightly!
This is not a “plug and play” role. You’ll help reimagine and implement a recruitment strategy from the ground up, and as such, you’ll need to be strategic, operational, and a roll-up-your-sleeves doer.
At Linden, we value all the dimensions of diversity, including diversity of experience. We recognize that candidates applying for this role will be most successful if they bring the following with them:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within private and public companies, including hands-on recruiting for senior/executive level positions.
- 5+ years of people management experience with demonstrated aptitude and passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high performing, accountable teams.
- The strategic vision and planning to build an anticipatory hiring model to scale a talent acquisition function within a company experiencing transformative change.
- The operational aptitude to design, evolve, communicate and reinforce clear processes with a focus on efficiency, optimization and scalability - integrating practices that ensure our hiring model is truly inclusive.
- The relationship-building skills to cultivate a robust and inclusive talent pipeline that reflects the diverse markets we serve and the ability to develop attraction strategies within professional networks of interest.
- The creativity to craft candidate-facing employment branding strategies to stand out from competitive and lower awareness markets.
- The analytical mind to track and evaluate talent metrics, understand the effectiveness of programs and contextualize information to form strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

We always seek to maintain a diverse and welcoming workplace, and candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
