The Director of ServiceNow will organically implement processes where process is needed, work on communication campaigns to help ensure staff is aware of new tools in the workplace and develop a pipeline for the distribution, correlation and management of new content to alleviate employee confusion and make it easier to find the information team’s need, faster.
WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON:
- Lead our ServiceNow implementation and define its direction for use by Take-Two Interactive and various game studios, globally.
- Strategically advise various business units, including Senior Vice Presidents and other executives, to propose communications strategy and delivery recommendations.
- Lead and develop a distributed team with end-to-end responsibilities.
- Lead and evolve current communication channels, focusing on digital delivery and visual improvements.
- Devise new ways to engage employees and build new opportunities to improve communication through current vehicles or exploration of new ones.
- Establish relationships with ServiceNow representatives to ensure Take-Two’s implementation is compliant and all partners are “in-the-know” regarding upcoming features, maintenance and upgrades.
- Gather feedback, suggestions and requests to prioritize other group’s ideas and take into consideration for efficiently transitioning from old to new technologies.
- Provide guidance and structure around newly crafted processes to empower department heads in using these workflows to increase overall employee adoption and satisfaction.
- Drive ServiceNow implementation towards building a “one-stop-shop” for locating best-in-breed applications and finding supporting information, with a strong focus on ease of use.
- Review incoming demands and existing backlog to create our road map ensuring we stay on course and meet expectations.
- Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities.
- Collaborate with other managers and partners to guide policies and practices to support a culture of excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience in ServiceNow implementations.
- Proven track record to select, develop, manage and lead teams.
- An executive who is capable of forming a strategic vision for a unified and integrated IT department and bringing it into reality in a timely manner.
- Maximize your expertise and passion for employees as your customer, and act as a guide to co-create a better workplace with our human resources and service partners.
- Must have the skills, experience and agility to influence people and organizations, including executive management.
- Strong intuition for business, process management and vendor management skills and experience.
- Ability to align groups around critical initiatives, standard methodologies and guiding principles.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, engaging personality and the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, staff and vendors.
- Able to influence, guide and convince.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate in terms understandable to end users at all levels.
- Must be comfortable working with a certain degree of creativity and latitude while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
- Strong planning skills, attention to detail, sound judgment.
- Calm, positive and ambitious.
- Comfortable communicating with executives autonomously, acting as a valued contributor of a larger team, as well as leading development teams.
- Ability to present technical information for business clients and simplify technical details.
- Ability to build presentations and deliver presentations in person or virtually.
- Experience in the technology, media or telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Passion for design thinking, product management and creating experiences customers and clients love.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment with ambiguity and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience preferred.
