- Experience leading remote, geographically distributed teams.
- Experience communicating with a wide range of technical & non-technical partners and senior leadership.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical knowledge of adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Ability to exercise good judgement, problem solve, and make decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to identify and communicate the business impact of threats and risks to partners and team members.
Key Attributes
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively gather information and build positive relationships across diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to balance multiple contending priorities.
- Passion for promoting a team culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Flexible thinking, ability to adapt to change, and the perseverance and resilience to introduce change gradually.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
Extra Points:
- Certifications such as OSCP and CREST.
- Knowledge of secure system design practices and principles.
- A curiosity about gaming or learning more about the gaming industry.
