Summary
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Lead to join the Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) product team. The successful candidate will work closely with Product and Dev Senior Management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, analyze industry trends, and evaluate potential partnership and acquisition opportunities to drive revenue. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives and ensuring that all potential transactions align with our overall business objectives and the organization’s mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in business management, and a passion for innovation. The role will report into the GVP, Product Management and will play a critical role in supporting the company's overall growth and profitability.Pay Range
$141,960-$263,640What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic business plan in line with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships that increase revenue and/or market share.
- Conduct research and analysis on competitor products, potential acquisition targets, including profit pool mapping and value chain analysis, industry trends, and landscape.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy teams to partner in due diligence efforts and analyze operational risks.
- Analyze global market trends including TAM and customer needs to identify new products and services that meet market demands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners.
- Monitor the organization’s product portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting the risks and opportunities of potential transactions.
- Support the development and presentation of the organization’s strategic plans, LRP, and roadmaps.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy and development, with a focus on M&A transactions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with an understanding of financial modelling, financial statements, and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovation and a willingness to take risks.
