The Operations organization at Niantic serves a mission-critical role in defining, executing, and scaling outstanding processes in service of our player, advertiser, and emerging development needs.

As Director of Player Support you will be a critical leader within the Operations team, responsible for the strategic leadership and tactical execution of all aspects of supporting our players - from scaled offerings like Help Centers and social support to 1-to-1 offerings like in-app support. You will lead a global organization and be responsible for player support for all of our Niantic games. Your team serves as the voice of the customer, and is responsible for high-severity customer incidents and sensitive customer situations.

The role requires a strong vision for Niantic’s player experience and passion for creating order out of the undefined.

Your success as a manager will be measured by the professional development of the team members as well as your ability to mentor and lead them in defining and delivering new operations efforts to support our players. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
