Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Director, Platform Alliances in San Mateo, CA to define and implement strategy and create strategic partnerships that contribute to gaming platform enhancement and communicate business values to partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience defining and implementing strategy and creating strategic partnerships that contribute to gaming platform enhancement. Prior experience must include five (5) years of driving company’s Music business and delivery to budgeted P&L and KPI’s, including MAU, net sales revenue, paid subscribers, conversion rate and retention rate; utilizing situational analysis, technology trends, consumer insights, competitive analysis and data analysis; working with product teams to provide insight and business validation; leading the development of strategy and partnership through all phases of the development cycle from planning and implementation to execution; providing modeling to support Product and Business initiatives, including strategy projections and setting product features KPIs; creating strategic business propositions through partnership and collaboration with internal stakeholders; and creating and developing KPI’s to ensure momentum and reporting global performance against set KPI’s. **Employer will accept 4 years of university level study in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.** Send resumes to SNEI-Job-Postings@am.sony.com & indicate job code MR3527098.
