Playtika is looking for a sharp and experienced Director of global communication to join our Marketing team.
The person who will fill this role will be responsible for driving Playtika’s reputation globally, among our various stakeholders leading communications and content regarding Playtika – via external and internal channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate policy, standards and parties regarding external communication.
- Ensure that plans, programs and messages are coordinated and aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Serve as a spokesperson and communications counselor to senior management, providing proactive and strategic and issues management guidance and leading public response
- Drive public relations strategies and tactics that support corporate-related areas,
- such as corporate image, brands (Studios) public relationships, reputation management, investor relations management, media relations, etc.
- Manage globally all PR agencies
- Manage and coordinate conferences and summits to make sure all messages and preparation are aligned to company goals.
- Work with internal marketing partners to send clear brand messaging across all marketing and communications channels.
- Working in close coordination with Investor Relations, prepare annual reports, quarterly earnings reports and Annual Meeting. Advise the leadership team on primary messaging.
- Working closely HR on internal communication to make sure all messages are aligned
Requirements
- 10+ years of public relations experience, including client-side experience of at least 5 years - experience in global public companies
- Proven track record in delivery of a diverse range of PR activities at a high quality of execution with demonstrated effectiveness on sales or brand health through quantitative and qualitative measurement mechanisms
- Strong message creation and written storytelling skills – Extensive successful writing and editing experience (externally focused) and proven track record in distilling complex concepts concerning business strategy and business performance and translating into the authorship of direct, compelling narratives about the company, brand and industry performance
- Demonstrated skill in navigating extensive external partnerships, agencies, press and a matrixed organization (corporate communication/IR vs. internal comms vs. PR/brand comms)
