Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Director, Inside Sales to manage, oversee and support our inside sales representatives team. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives team
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ proven inside sales experience
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of AR/VR space is a plus
