Providing leadership and managing the Global Mobility program across the enterprise for Aristocrat Group including Group Functions, Gaming, Pixel and RMG.What You'll Do
Reports To - SVP Performance, Reward and Risk.
This role is an individual contributor however will work closely with the Reward Analysts within each of the Reward teams supporting the business lines. This role has delegated authority to act within existing policy.
Main Activities
- Managing the Aristocrat Global Mobility program for all international employee movements and coordinating all domestic relocation activities within geographies and business lines in conjunction with P&C business aligned resources including Talent Acquisition and Business Partners
- Providing “white glove” service to all senior executives that are subject to relocations globally requiring personalized and detailed stakeholder management and coordination with external vendors providing immigration, tax and destination services
- Delivering stakeholder support for any employees involved in relocation and on-going monitoring of status and providing regular and timely updates on any immigration and tax matters due and any home country or third country repatriations
- Vendor management including regular review of vendor performance and managing any emerging issues; coordinating as appropriate with employees
- As the owner of the GM Policy, regularly review and update as required
- Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic Global Mobility and domestic relocation business issues.
- Analysis and reporting on all aspects of GM and domestic relocation and undertaking any post move reviews
- Developing pre-assignment costings for any proposed move and coordinating with Reward and BP teams and as required leaders.
- Implementing strategies to effectively use Global Mobility as a key talent retention and development tool to meet short term and long-term resourcing needs.

- Proficient with financial reporting and interpretation
- Experience working with a global company, across multiple time zones and jurisdictions/markets, within a matrix and center of expertise structure

What We're Looking For
Typical Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in Global Mobility with at least 3-5 years’ experience leading and delivering service at a senior level
- Some Consulting/Account Management experience desirable
