At Aristocrat we have an ongoing commitment to creating player-centric game content and products that put the player first. In support of this commitment, we are looking for an experienced Director Global Games, Product Management to lead the America’s Class 3 and Class 2 Product Management team. This is a hands-on-role that will be responsible for strategy and building on our world-class games portfolio!
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would bring a proven track record of successful collaboration across multiple teams, focused on articulating and implementing strategy, leading a dynamic and fast-paced team, whilst growing and evolving our industry-leading portfolios.
This key position reports to the VP of Global Games, Platform, and Studio Operations and is critical to Aristocrat's growth and success.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities: Games, Games, Games
- Driving content roadmaps and partner with our world-class creative studios.
- The role will be key in building out strategy and roadmaps for our Class 3 and Class 2 – Game Sales and Gaming Ops business lines.
- Create internal metrics and analyze internal data to track progress to business goals.
- Identify opportunities for product growth.
- Responsible for game allocation in business cases for finance and any new cabinet launch planning.
- Leading and synergizing with the highly experienced and talented Global Product Managers.
- You will be integral in supporting the development of our Game Sales and Gaming Ops content lines.
- You will be the expert on all things game related and be able to communicate a vision on product strategy to different audiences.
- You will be collaborating with different internal teams to negotiate features and timelines that ensure your products are world-class.
- Build requirements and ensure all games are meeting our strategic objectives.
- Working closely with our global Insights teams, undertake research, building insights on the market to equip development teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure product is competitive in the gaming industry.
- Responsible for growing and developing a team.
- You will prioritize new feature development and juggle many projects at once.
- You understand technical language and can simplify for different audiences.
- Travel domestically and internationally will be required.
- Help set vision and strategy matching with a variety of skill sets to empower your team.
- Build highly collaborative relationships with the platform, hardware product, and commercial teams to achieve the role of trusted thought partner and strategic advisor.

What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Extensive, senior-level experience in Class 3 and Class 2 content & portfolio, throughout full life cycle of games – concept to execution, 10 plus year’s experience in gaming preferred.
- Deep understanding and experience with land-based casino games preferred.
- Capable of quickly developing a deep knowledge of Aristocrat’s games and a full understanding of what is driving the success of key competitor titles and market leaders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the proven ability to influence business strategy.
- Experience leveraging external research partners when appropriate.
- Ability to effectively solve business problems through tried and true as well as innovative research methods.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating, partnering, and influencing at all levels and across all functions of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills – the ability to quickly understand data and draw conclusions.
- Unique ability to concisely summarize, analyze and report relevant findings and insights.
- Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Looker, and/or Tableau.
