The Role:
The Lead Producer of Game Product Management is a pivotal leader within the FC team, overseeing one of the industry's biggest annual live services and you’ll be expected to interface directly with other Producers, Game Designers and internal stakeholders to further the growth of FC’s live service.
Your Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the team responsible for FC’s live service program
- Be accountable for the top-level live service performance, collaborating with studio leaders to track holistic KPIs
- Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple partner groups, reviewing & presenting the opportunities that impact the game and the performance of the live service
- Creating an environment for the product managers to grow and produce their best work
- Instill the live service strategy for FC, developing a path to growth for the product
- Ensure the game meets or exceeds players’ motivations, while maximizing acquisition, engagement, and monetization
- Leverage data and insights to identify and inform opportunities that drive continuous product improvement
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in gaming
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Marketing / Business preferred
- Strong data-driven approach, utilizing key metrics and evidence in decision-making
- Strong deductive reasoning and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a broad spectrum of audiences
- Highly desirable but not essential: A football fan with a good understanding of the core mechanics of FC and it’s live features
Experienced in
- Maximizing acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout a product life cycle
- Obtaining insights and developing strategies through analytical metrics driven analysis and design experimentation
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $178,100 - $271,700
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $166,700 - $271,700
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $201,800 - $271,700
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $166,700 - $227,900
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $166,700 - $258,200
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
