As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with the operations team to produce quality, timely and forward-looking financial information. You will be acting as a financial business partner by guiding operations on performance, financial risks, and opportunities for Behaviour. You'll also have the opportunity to be a key player in the growth and integration of new companies. Are you game?
In this role you will :
- Promote innovation and participate in continuous process improvement projects;
- Provide feedback for weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget: actual variance analysis on financial and operational metrics.
- Implement new processes and software solutions for the business FP&A function to scale effectively;
- Develop a short- and long-term financial model that takes into account the Company's objectives, industry standards and market expectations;
- Perform sensitivity analyses to establish projections according to different scenarios;
- Calculate and analyze the financial ratios resulting from our financial model while maintaining the proper presentation of our KPIs.
- Work closely with all departments to build quantitative analyzes to support them in their decision-making;
- Analyze different data sources that are likely to change rapidly to extract key elements and help the Company meet its objectives and improve its performance in the market;
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finances;
- CPA and/or CFA designation will be considered as an asset;
- Possess between 5 and 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years in a management position;
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on time;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to drive innovation by to developing and implementing new procedures.
Dans ce rôle vous devrez :
- Promouvoir l’innovation et participer aux projets d’amélioration continue des processus;
- Fournir une rétroaction pour le budget hebdomadaire, mensuel et trimestriel : analyse des écarts réels sur les paramètres financiers et opérationnels;
- Mettre en œuvre de nouveaux processus et solutions logicielles pour la fonction FP&A de l'entreprise afin d'évoluer efficacement;
- Développer un modèle financier à court et long terme qui tient compte des objectifs de la Compagnie, des normes de l'industrie et des attentes du marché;
- Réaliser des analyses de sensibilité afin d'établir des projections selon différents scénarios;
- Calculer et analyser les ratios financiers résultant de notre modèle financier tout en maintenant la bonne présentation de nos KPIs;
- Travailler étroitement avec tous les départements afin de bâtir des analyses quantitatives pour les supporter dans leur prise de décision;
- Analyser différentes sources de données qui sont amenées à changer rapidement afin d'en extraire les éléments clés et ainsi aider la Compagnie à rencontrer ses objectifs et améliorer sa performance sur le marché.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances ou mathématique ou expérience équivalente ;
- 5 à 10 années d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire incluant 3 à 5 ans dans un poste de gestion ;
- Excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
- Orientation client et esprit d'équipe ;
- Très bonne attention aux détails ;
- Capacité à travailler de façon efficace sur plusieurs dossiers à la fois ;
- Est un expert en d’Excel et en traitement de bases de données ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, oral et écrit ;

En tant que Directeur.trice analyse et planification financière, tu travailleras de près avec l'équipe en charge des opérations pour produire de l’information financière de qualité, à temps et prospective. Tu agiras comme partenaire financier en guidant les opérations tant sur le rendement, les risques financiers et opportunités. De plus, ta compréhension des systèmes, tant au niveau opérationnel que financiers, sera mise à profit dans l'élaboration de la planification pour la croissance et l’intégration de nouvelles compagnies issues d'acquisition.
