You will lead the Employee Experience & Operations globally (currently Europe and Americas), a team of 16 passionate professionals, with the opportunity to scale best HR practices and operations globally. You will utilise your exceptional collaboration skills at both a global and local level, influencing and partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
You’ll contribute at both a strategic level and hands on day to day problem solving, to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. You will work alongside the Product Madness Senior Leadership team, the wider People & Culture teams to deliver an exceptional Employee Experience and scalable operations, in support of our exciting growth strategy and desire to be an Employer of Choice in the gaming and broader tech industry. You will also be a part of the Product Madness People & Culture Leadership team, and the Operating Leadership Team (extended Leadership Team).What You'll Do
- Partner with local and global Employee Experience & Operations teams on people priorities, rollout, and local requirements. Inclusive of but not limited to: benefits strategy, people systems, onboarding, employee engagement and employee relations, mobility, leaves of absence, hybrid / remote working and other policies & programs that drive employee experience.
