Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment industry, is seeking a Director, Ecommerce & Player Analytics to build and lead a team focused on Digital, Web and Player analytics.
You are a high-performing individual with an analytical mind and strong interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter who can manage your time effectively and educate yourself and others while contributing to marketing investments performance.
What you will do
- Partner with leaders across Direct to Player organization to bring key insights related to Ubisoft Store and Ubisoft Subscription marketing performance.
- Collaborate with business intelligence team to maintain a marketing data warehouse by providing clear requirements and timely data validations.
- Develop robust analytic processes to frame campaign expectations, inform decision-making, and recommend marketing strategies.
- Implement solutions to measure and optimize the impact of marketing activities on sales and user engagement.
- Manage a team of media and brand analysts supporting specific brands (games) and media channels (e.g. web) – lead ongoing projects, ad hoc analysis, and insight generation.
- Synthesize data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and codify learnings as best practices.
- Work closely with marketing teams and agencies to define key performance metrics, create and maintain reports and identify trends and opportunities across media, social and web activities.
Qualifications
What you will bring
- An extensive professional related experience, including management responsibilities.
- Strong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, and quantitative analysis techniques, as well as predictive modeling.
- Demonstrated success presenting complex qualitative and quantitative research data in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Excel.
