Location: Office based (Soho, London) & hybrid work from home

Activision Blizzard plays a centralized role in the creation of epic entertainment by supporting our interactive gaming brands and studios with a diverse range of career opportunities across corporate functions such as Marketing, Communications, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain. Our office is based in the cultural heart of London’s West End with a vast array of classic record shop and leading film companies, media offices and restaurants. Regent’s Park is close enough for a lunchtime run, as are the delights of Piccadilly Circus and the shopping mecca of Oxford Street. It is conveniently walking distance from a number of London tube stations and mainline train stations. We have a free on-site gym and well-stocked kitchen.

As the Director, of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), you’ll lead our International Center of Excellence (COE) to build localized strategies that allow us to achieve our DEI goals within specific countries across EMEA, APAC and North America. You’ll partner with leaders and executives across the company to implement a ground-breaking strategy and vision. This position reports to the VP of EMEA HR, leads a central team of experts and program managers. Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities
