Director, Client Engagement & Accounts- San Mateo

We are an in-house agency at Sony PlayStation® that specializes in marketing everything PlayStation® related. We are seeking a Director, Client Engagement & Accounts to join our Global Marketing Services and manage all account relations for our clients through an energetic motivated team of Account Managers.

This role supports marketing and advertising needs by overseeing multiple account teams and client relationships. The right candidate is responsible for the successful development and execution of campaigns and projects to support our client’s business needs and consumer demand. Experience managing large portfolio of complex accounts and serve as the point of contact with a focus on consistency and productivity across accounts. Building effective relationships with executive-level to mid-level client contacts; responsible for executing all day-to-day account activities including the coordination of all Tier 1 and 2 creative projects from estimation to completion. Partners with the broader Global Marketing to ensure deliverables are completed in an efficient manner - on time and on budget. Utilizes an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products to find opportunities to sell/propose additional strategic solutions to meet existing client needs. The Director will manage a team of 4 Account Managers and work directly with our Resources Management/Project Management team located globally within various SIE headquarters.

We are looking for someone who has an expert knowledge of all creative’s professional aptitudes and a keen knowledge of the timing involved to accomplish assigned tasks. This role will plan for incoming Tier 1 and 2 projects and implement resource changes against evolving priorities. You will work closely with our Operations, Creative Studio, Design Adaption and Concept/Ideation teams to ensure that creative projects are properly allocated against the functional teams.
