DIRECTEUR·TRICE TI
RELÈVE DE : DIRECTRICE DES OPÉRATIONS (COO)

Le/la Directeur ·trice TI est responsable d’identifier les défis TI et de participer à la planification stratégique de l’organisation en assurant la continuité de tous les services informatiques et des opérations TI quotidiennes (planification des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles).

Aujourd’hui dans son nouveau chapitre de l’histoire suite à l’acquisition par Embracer Group, l’ensemble des 3 entités Eidos-Montréal, Eidos-Sherbrooke et Square Enix Montréal (750+ employé.e.s), recrute un ·e Directeur·trice TI qui accompagnera l’évolution organisationnelle au niveau TI et contribuera de façon significative aux prises de décision de l’avenir informatique des studios.

CE QUE TU VAS FAIRE :

• Contribuer au développement de l’organisation et supporter la réalisation de sa mission en définissant et en mettant en œuvre la stratégie TI;
• Travailler en collaboration avec les Exécutif·ve.s et les Directeur·trice·s afin d’assurer la planification et l’implantation des changements organisationnels ainsi qu’une saine gestion des besoins TI ;
• Développer des relations d’affaires avec des ressources clés et maintenir les relations existantes afin de promouvoir et appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de services et d’opérations TI au sein de l’organisation;
• Assurer à haut niveau la sécurité de notre environnement TI;
• Encadrer, mobiliser et développer les différentes équipes TI;
• Définir, planifier et gérer le budget des services TI;
• Définir, mesurer et analyser les mesures de performance et de support des services TI.

CE QUE TU APPORTES :

• Diplôme universitaire ou autre formation pertinente en Technologie de l’Information;
• Maîtrise en Administration des affaires ou en Gestion des Technologies et de l’Innovation, un atout;
• 15+ années d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine des Technologies, dont 5+ années dans un rôle de gestion/haute direction;
• Expérience en gestion de ressources (équipes, budget, matériel) au niveau des opérations TI;
• Parfaitement bilingue (français-anglais), autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral;
• Expérience dans le secteur du Jeu vidéo/des Nouvelles Technologies, un atout.

IT DIRECTOR
REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

The IT Director is responsible for identifying IT challenges and participating in the organization's strategic planning by ensuring the continuity of all IT services and day-to-day IT operations (human, financial and material resources planning).

Today, in its new chapter of history following the acquisition by Embracer Group, the 3 entities Eidos-Montreal, Eidos-Sherbrooke and Square Enix Montreal (750+ employees), is recruiting an IT Director who will support the organizational evolution at the IT level and contribute significantly to the decision making of the studios' IT future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Contribute to the development of the organization and support the achievement of its mission by defining and implementing the IT strategy;
• Work in collaboration with Executives and Directors to ensure the planning and implementation of organizational changes and the sound management of IT needs;
• Develop business relationships with key resources and maintain existing ones to promote and apply best practices in IT services and operations within the organization;
• Ensure at high level the security of our IT environment;
• Supervise, mobilize and develop the various IT teams;
• Define, plan and manage the IT services budget;
• Define, measure and analyze IT services performance and support metrics.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• University degree or other relevant training in Information Technology;
• Master's degree in Business Administration or in Technology and Innovation Management, an asset;
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Technology, including 5+ years in a management/senior leadership role;
• Experience in managing resources (teams, budget, material) at the IT operations level;
• Fluently bilingual (French-English), both written and spoken;
• Experience in Video Game/New Technology, an asset.
