Mission for our Digital Sales Manager
Plan, Coordinate and Execute all aspects the fast growing Digital Business in the SEA Region.
Our Digital Sales Manager will work for Ubisoft Hong Kong to exceed the revenue targets in Digital Sales.
The ideal candidate has not only a good understanding of the Digital Entertainment Eco System but also understands the different strength of our key markets: Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore/Thailand and other South East Asia countries.
We need him/her to have a strong anticipation of the buying habits AND trends from our hard core 6 casual gamers, and the ability to analyze potentials and trends as well as forecast our revenue. Working with different cultural backgrounds (People/Country's/Languages/Currency's) is something natural for him/her. Information and Asset Management is the daily business.

Job Description
- Liaise with Ubisoft Headquarter Team in Paris for new AAA Brands: information acquiring, plan pricing strategy, pre-order incentives and post-launch promotion of each digital SKU for the region.
- Frequently communicate and negotiate with our local and international contacts and E-Commerce peers to plan & execute regular promotional activity.
- Ensure that our Games are visible and online in time and superb represented across all key platforms.
- Manage and plan the communication with our partners for pre-orders, new releases and sales events.
- Plan and execute regular local promotion activities on Ubisoft Store in each country, language and currency.
- Synchronize the Digital Sales Strategy of with our international Marketing Team in Europe and Asia.
- Track and analyze promotion campaigns from different platforms & publishers.
- Report and participate new trends.
- Develop new digital business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Business level in English (speak Japanese is preferred)
- Experience with game industry is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Passion for self-development
- Strong negotiation skills, comfortable negotiating with external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Very good in XLS/PPT
- Power BU or Tableau
