Digital Sales Assistant

Overview
The Digital Sales Assistant works closely with the Digital Sales team to facilitate communication, manage & deliver assets to external partners, solve problems and remove anything in the way of the team being able to bring great products to market.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between Digital Sales teams and other disciplines and departments
- Identify and remove roadblocks
- Identify and champion improvements to team processes
- Collaborate with graphic and brand teams to create and manage assets
- Communicate with game and accounting teams to manage product key inventories
- Maintain team calendar and knowledge base, including key information for multiple products
- Record and circulate notes in meetings with internal & external teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in an operational, project management, or team management role
- BA / BS or equivalent experience required
- Strong project and people management skills
- Works well in fast-paced environment
- Experience tracking multiple projects and priorities
- Firm understanding of Microsoft Office Products & other cloud-based technologies
- Past sales and/or retail experience a plus
- Gaming Knowledge is a plus, as is familiarity with Bethesda Softworks titles
