Digital Project Manager

You will be joining the Strategic and Digital Program Management team as part of the Live & Digital Business Unit, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Content & Design and Marketing) to successfully launch new Digital content and Campaigns. You enjoy being part of a team based in Copenhagen, San Francisco and Montreal who is shaping the future of Unity’s customer-facing websites.

The Strategic and Digital Program Management team is responsible for building overarching programs/projects that match with business objectives and ensure their delivery. You will be leading the definition and implementation of robust processes to ensure that the delivery of our Digital Content and Marketing efforts happens with quality and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in stakeholder management and communication skills enabling her/him to share and solve risks proactively.
Some travel might be required to Copenhagen (Denmark) and San Francisco (United States of America).

Responsibilities

• Defining projects' scope, roles & responsibilities and planning the activities necessary to achieve its goals
• Leading and managing the full project lifecycle and communication progress
• Defining, documenting and applying processes that will enable positive launches
• Sharing project reporting to stakeholders including risks, impediments and solutions proposals
• Working with Program Management to define programs out of the many projects coming in and evaluate their priority

Requirements

• Solid project management, communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail
• Experience in driving simultaneously multiple cross-functional Digital initiatives
• Strong leadership skills to effectively communicate and manage stakeholders and their deliverables
• Good understanding of Product Management, Social Media, Content, Design and Web

Bonus points

• SCRUM or Agile certification
• Good writing skills of projects briefs
• Familiar with campaign management and activities around it (content, design, social media, demand generation)
• Experience with project management software (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
