We’re hiring an Digital Media Intern for our online channels within the Digital Service Delivery team. This role is responsible for coordinating and centrally tracking project and change management deliverables as we execute improvement and innovation driven through our service and product design initiatives as well as other continuous improvement projects. This role guides prioritization and spots opportunities for enhancements across digital channels, as well as identifies roadblocks and challenges to executional excellence.

This role is part of EA’s Customer Experience organization. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We’re players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us.

The Digital Media Intern has a proven track record of successfully guiding complex programs from conception to completion. You will be a part of the Digital Channel Service Delivery team that encompasses EA community forums, social support, and the Publishing & Optimization team responsible for the EA Help website. You’ll manage strategic initiatives and a program roadmap to keep the teams on track to meet our goals, and aligned with the larger online strategy.

So how does the Digital Media Intern make great experiences for players? They:

• works with the Digital Service Delivery team managers to keep track of goals, create roadmaps, and sets milestones to achieve their goals
• drives programs through each stage of the greenlighting and lifecycle process
• defines KPIs for success and tracks them to ensure programs are on target and effective
• develops proposals for new programs or program advancement
• looks for opportunities to connect the online experience across multiple digital spaces: forums, social, and web
• collaborates with our service design team to eliminate friction in the web user journey and keep EA fans at the center of everything we do
• collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and pain points, then develops plans to address them
• communicates changes in program status, deliverables, and key dates to all stakeholders
• designs and documents program processes and frameworks for how we work
• eliminates barriers that prevent the team from doing their best work
• tracks resource allocation to ensure we have what we need to complete the work on time and on budget

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences :

• interest in program management and digital content management or publishing, web optimization, or user journey analysis
• working toward your BA in Business, Marketing or other related discipline. Must be graduating no earlier than December 2023.
• strong Project Management skills, especially scheduling and time management and critical-thinking skills
• passion for creating world-class digital experiences
• ability to adapt quickly to new technology
• polished in presentation and communication
• highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability
