Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, B2B

The Unity marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our rapid growth in new B2B verticals such as automotive, manufacturing, transportation, architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and media & entertainment.
As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will own and significantly enhance our social media/community strategy so that it becomes a larger driver of our growth in these verticals. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with product marketing and demand generation to develop and execute the B2B social media/community strategy. The ideal candidate would have extensive social media marketing experience working with software as a service (SaaS) applications or platforms for businesses.
The community & social media team is spread across multiple offices around the world and supports every cross-functional team within Unity. The ideal candidate is self-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about learning new tech, values communication, and is resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful and creative social media strategies that will create awareness, increase lead generation, and drive revenue ( organic and paid)
- Identify and/or build a strong core community for automotive, AEC, and film
- Manage campaign planning meetings and deadlines across non-gaming verticals
- Use analytics and data trends to build monthly reports and influence current and future ideas, while striving for ROI positive campaigns
- Understand and identify audience content preferences and trends across all channels
- Manage automotive, AEC, and media & entertainment content pipeline for the Unity.com Blog
Requirements
- Proven results-driven experience (revenue, KPIs, leads, ABM, etc.) with a B2B company
- Experience building and nurturing new communities and/or social media channels related to B2B and SaaS
- Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic, distributed and international environment
- Experience with social media/content publishing tools (Sprout Social, WordPress a plus)
- Experience using Google Analytics and G-suite tools
Bonus
- Deep understanding of consumer journey marketing funnel
- Creative storyteller through the use of images and copy
- Strong written and oral communicator
- Ability to quickly learn and explain new technology
Some travel is required.
