We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to lead web channel marketing for Magic Tabletop product releases. They will lead the strategy, optimization, and implementation that increase player engagement and conversion. We need an expert candidate who will actively collaborate with business partners to develop marketing strategies and implement highly effective and measurable actions through our product campaigns. You should have experience with leading omni-channel marketing campaigns, player journey mapping, crafting digital engagement offerings, and tracking and reporting results with an understanding of great data visualization.

What You'll Do:
- Optimize web as a marketing vehicle – focusing on driving engagement and converting visitors into purchasers.
- Build and lead digital marketing campaigns for product releases and are responsible for achieving campaign metrics and reporting those results cross-functionally.
- Champion our player-first approach – from developing and implementing testing strategies to identifying trends and insights in performance data that allow for constant improvement to our web presence.
- Support multiple product campaign initiatives simultaneously.
- Drive data informed decision making – applying funnel metrics (visits, clicks, downloads, purchase) to increase engagement and drive business impact with a test-and-learn approach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Technology groups to support the implementation of functionality, features, and the identification and resolution of content, UX, and CMS issues.
- Create, update, review, and publish web content within content management systems.
- Craft new things and take pride in delivering innovative and functional player experiences.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of progressive responsibility in a digital marketing role.
- 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and with A/B testing tools, such as Google Experiments or Optimizely.
- Knowledge of mobile first and responsive content strategies.
- Strong analytic skills and experience with data-informed decision making.
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects - especially those with high levels of ambiguity, and which require alignment across multiple levels of leaders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Record of constant campaign improvements through multivariate testing and optimization.
- Appreciation for gamers and the global gaming community.
- Experience working with global brands.

Compensation Range
$79,600 — $138,360 USD
