Senior Account Executive, Education

The Opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a hardworking, upbeat Senior Account Executive, Education to join our growing team. You will help drive success with our strategic customers and prospective customers in China. You will work under the Sales Director and connect with other key internal & external partners for strategies to drive adoption of the technical Unity platform, products, solutions, services and build deep and lasting customer partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and mining new strategic business opportunities within the vertical

• Develop and manage a proven pipeline by defining opportunities and market potential, identifying sales leads, and working with internal teams to close accounts

• Develop new strategic customers independently within the vertical

• Structure, negotiate and close deals independently in order to drive revenue and meet and exceed sales targets

• Creatively thinking and crafting our strategy around the industries, and work with various divisions (including Development, Marketing, Support, Finance and Legal) to gain support to execute key initiatives and deals for customers

What we’re looking for

• Have rich customer resources in the edu industry, and have related technical background and industry knowledge

拥有教育/高校的行业客户资源，具备教育/高校行业的技术背景和行业知识

• Years of sales experience, strong sales skills, capability to develop new business opportunities

丰富销售经验，较强销售技巧，具备超强的商机需求挖掘能力

• Ability to develop new opportunities, manage pipelines and win deals independently

具备独立开拓新客户、管理销售漏斗和签订订单的业务能力

• Capable to provide consultative selling and solution selling with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets

具备顾问式销售与解决方案销售能力，有过往优秀的销售业绩

• Have sales acumen, clear logic and can work well under pressure, love sales work and always be full of passion

具备 销售敏锐度，清晰的逻辑能力与抗压能力，热爱销售工作并充满激情
