Your Mission

Scavengers and all the currently planned Improbable titles are purely digital games, and as the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the digital storefronts we will be appearing in. You will work closely with both studio and publishing to ensure the successful promotion of our current title, unannounced games, as well as all future iterations of them on PC and console digital storefronts (and potentially mobile store fronts with future titles). You will advocate for partners to promote our titles on their platforms, as well as create and supply necessary game materials and assets. You will work with platforms to ensure that program activities are in sync with our go-to-market campaign and reflective of our brand values, whether it be hardware manufacturers, publishers or platform-holders.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:

/ You’re experienced in optimizing the digital presence of new and ongoing releases across a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox live and PSN.

/ Building a relationship platform partners in order to ensure we are preferred choices to participate in platform promotional opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure we fulfill our responsibilities to unlock these promotional opportunities.

/ Own and optimize our presence on digital store fronts making sure our game is presented in the best possible light and highly discoverable

/ Drafting all required copy for approval, including managing localization flow, and upload to each platform.

/ Management and ownership of email CRM programs.

/ Work closely with Communications & Publishing teams to coordinate updates to our games’ official websites.

/ Work with marketing partners to execute co-marketing activities and promotions (hardware partnerships, platform promotional opportunities such as spotlights, showcases, insider programs and other events.)
