We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Web to lead aspects of our web strategy to increase player engagement and conversion. You should have experience in web marketing that includes: search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and tactics, campaign planning & management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing (A/B, multivariate), and tracking and reporting results with an understanding of excellent data visualization.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the optimization of web as a marketing vehicle end-to-end: find opportunities for SEO growth, analyze performance, and drive execution of continuous improvements to website and campaign landing pages.
- Cultivate the ecosystem-wide player experience: research and implement new features to increase engagement, establish new conversion paths, and develop testing strategies to identify trends and insights that allow for constant improvement to our web presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver innovative website solutions that increase website discoverability, organic traffic, and site engagement.
- Research, and develop content opportunities with Digital Marketing, Studio, and Content Marketing teams in order to improve key SEO metrics.
- Craft new opportunities and strategies for SEO traffic growth.
- Deliver innovative, functional, and fabulous player experiences.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of increased responsibility in a web marketing role, specifically in building and optimizing SEO/organic traffic or direct-to-consumer web funnels.
- 3+ years of web development project management experience.
- Extensive, hands-on website optimization experience with a track record of using data to analyze, inform and optimize channels to improve performance.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools, such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
- Experience in tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager, a plus.
- Detailed understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/CMS) to help advise design and interaction decisions.
- Understanding of taxonomy development and its relationship to search, SEO, and content strategy.
- Record of outstanding execution and experience running, developing, or launching a sophisticated website.
- Skilled in building strategic plans and technical roadmaps that will deliver an efficient and effective design.
