Digital Marketing Manager [Turkey & MENA]

We are PUBG, part of KRAFTON Inc. After the release of our flagship title in 2017 we have become one of the highest selling games of all time with over 70 million copies sold – that’s a lot of Chicken Dinners! We are now looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to join our Office in Istanbul.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for handling day-to day- tasks related to running marketing and social media growth campaigns for a variety of products in the region.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the gaming industry and regional digital media landscape with excellent creative and analytical skills and proven track record on the activities listed below.
Basic responsibilities:
- Develop media plans
- Set up, manage and execute targeted marketing campaigns on online channels (display, programmatic, social media, etc.) for acquisition, retention, monetization, winback, reach
- Select marketing channels, define target audiences, placements, and develop creatives, content, ad copies, landing pages, tracking links for marketing campaigns in line with the product marketing strategy and goals
- Run A/B tests for targeting, creatives, placements, custom audiences
- Run special projects, co-manage external agencies for bigger scale campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, propose marketing and publishing opportunities across various channels to reach and engage our target audience across PC, Console and Mobile platforms
- Analyze the advertising campaigns and report on the performance to the Product Marketing Manager and the team
- Work closely with Community teams and develop paid media strategy for content boosting across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of relevant digital marketing experience in gaming, internet or entertainment industry for Turkey and MENA markets
- Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing targeting and ad campaigns on various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, GDN, programmatic, display, local networks, etc)
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, SteamWorks, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Experience in developing media plans, identifying and segmenting target audiences
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in online marketing
- Native Turkish speaker with excellent command of English
- Great analytical and reporting skills
- Organized with strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the MENA market and Arabic language skills
- Experience in F2P, mobile gaming and mobile gaming advertising
- Passionate gamer who follows gaming trends
- Experience within an international environment
- Experience in a marketing agency in a similar role
- Experience in 360 marketing campaigns with deep understanding of organic social media marketing and analytics
