Take-Two is an innovative, creative growth-oriented interactive entertainment company in search of a candidate to join our Digital Finance team. We are looking for a bright, articulate, savvy and results oriented Analyst to be a business partner with our digital sales, operations, and label groups and work closely with various other departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills and be eager to dive into the data and learn the business from the ground up.
As a member of the Digital Finance team, the Analyst will provide financial and operational business support in a fast growing global digital revenue business, with a focus on our webstore, advertising and merchandise licensing businesses. This role will also support our digital sales team, labels and operational teams by providing value added financial analysis around business performance and other business topics on a defined and on an ad-hoc basis. This position reports to the Director of Digital Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities including preparing journal entries, sales orders, reconciliations and analyses for global digital revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Licensing, Webstore, Digital Sales, Operations and Information Delivery personnel.
- Develop understanding of Take-Two’s webstore business, advertising and licensing revenue arrangements.
- Prepare Webstore business P&L variance analysis on a monthly basis and provide webstore business lead with insights as to variance drivers around KPI’s.
- Provide 2K Licensing group with monthly compliance update of all active licensing arrangements
- Prepare monthly commentary on key drivers of 2K global digital revenue to domestic and international finance personnel.
- Analyze large data sets and investigate and resolve data integrity issues identified within T2’s internal reporting framework.
- Prepare value-add revenue schedules to guide Tax personnel on tax related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, proactively question existing procedures, and work with the team to implement change to gain efficiencies and streamline workflows.
- Prepare various ad-hoc analyses and become active participant on projects as directed by the Director of Digital Finance, including projects surrounding system implementations and enhancements, and assisting other Finance teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field. Bachelors degree in an Accounting or Finance field. Experience working in a high volume, fast pace environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in order to respond to multiple requests and changing priorities.
- Ability to adapt to change in processes and growth in business.
- High level of enthusiasm, capacity to overcome obstacles and take on new challenges.

- Positive personality and customer service orientation.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
- Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”), and/or Oracle Business Intelligence a plus.
