Graduate Digital Distribution Executive / (Hybrid)

We are nDreams, an award-winning virtual reality publisher and developer with a portfolio of award-winning games, including Phantom: Covert Ops, Fracked, Far Cry VR: Dive into Insanity, and the upcoming Ghostbusters VR. Our industry-leading publishing team has over 25 years’ combined experience within the VR space, plus decades more across major games companies. We create innovative and impactful marketing and commercial campaigns, whilst constantly monitoring the market to ensure our games stay ahead of the competition. In addition to supporting the release of our internally developed titles, we announced our Third-Party Publishing Initiative last year, to co-fund and publish games from other studios. Our first title is cosy city creator, Little Cities. Following a recent $35 million investment, we’ve got even more incredible titles across both existing and future VR platforms to be announced soon.
THE ROLEAs our team continues to grow, Publishing are so excited to pass on their expertise by taking on a graduate as Digital Distribution Executive, to join our Business Intelligence and Sales team.
Reporting into the Senior Manager for Sales, Planning & Analytics, you will learn all about how to manage a presence on digital storefronts for a variety of titles, along with fostering relationships with first party and marketplace contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nDreams product presence across all digital marketplaces
- Work with development team to ensure the submission process across store and development is aligned.
- Manage store submissions, collaborating with Brand and Creative Teams on asset requirements.
- Maximise title presence and effectiveness on digital marketplaces, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Seek out business development opportunities with the aim to maximise sales of nDreams titles.
- Manage price and promotion to maximise sales and revenue across the entire product lifecycle.
- Develop relationships with first party, marketplace and OEM partner contacts to maximise partnership opportunities.
- Enthuse to partners about the games we’re making and the business opportunity they present.
- Assist the commercial team in the collation, reporting and analysis of sales and marketplace data.
- Work with the commercial team towards the delivery of sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Track competitor products and performance to maintain market awareness
- Evaluate the performance of nDreams titles.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent – this can be in anything from business, finance, marketing, communication or even psychology!
- A collaborative team player with experience working constructively within a busy team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attentive to detail.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- An enthusiasm and understanding of videogames and the videogame industry is desirable.
