Digital Communication Assistant (H/F) – Apprenticeship – August 2021

Job Description

The team:

Based in Paris and Kyiv, Web Services team brings to life new online concepts, services, and tools for Ubisoft's production and business teams around the world.

More precisely, they conceptualise, build, support, and operate online solutions for Ubisoft’s worldwide Production and Business teams. The team offers expertise in project management, UI/UX design, development, infrastructure, integration, and live support to help Ubisoft teams achieve their online goals.

You will be attached to the Group Managerof the Design Team and will be in charge of ensuring the visual quality and communication around Web Services products. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of project managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and testers.

Tasks :

• Create branding strategies for Web Services products and solutions to unify the portfolio and develop the identity on a service level
• Meet project managers and the management in order to anticipate their needs in terms of communication on their products and propose initiatives to improve them
• Assist the Design Team on design presentations and improve the way is done so far
• Assist the Design Team on creating a standard file organization process in Figma
• Help on transitioning projects from Adobe XD / Photoshop to Figma
• Help to standardize and update the visual library of Web Services Design Team
• Update the website design of Web Services and propose a new organization for the portfolio and presentation of the service with the guidance and support of the Design Team
• Update and propose new ways to communicate internally (newsletters/videos, etc)

Qualifications

• You are Digital Marketing and Communication student
• Proficiency on PC environment (Microsoft tools such as Word and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency on Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (beginner level accepted)
• You are interested in communication for the digital environment and UI topics
• You are fluent in English language (spoken and written). French language is a plus
• Good communication, reactivity and proactiveness
• And the most important: YOU LOVE VIDEO GAMES !

Additional Information

• 12 months apprenticeship (alternance, contrat de professionnalisation) starting from August 2021
