Digital Campaign Manager / Gestionnaire de campagne numérique

Unity Technologies is seeking a creative and innovative digital campaign manager. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns and communicating effectively through email marketing, tracking results and building improvements. You will work centrally within the Customer Success organization, led by the Vice-President of Success. You are data-driven and well-organized, with keen analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing retention campaigns for our paying customers
- Developing and honing content that drives engagement and positive outcomes
- Tracking and analyzing email programs in order to guide future improvements
- A/B Testing on various campaigns to ensure continuous monitoring of performance
- Defining customer segments as they relate to vertical or persona-specific programs
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize revenue
- Identify risks that could jeopardize subscription renewal and notify the relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Have held one of the following roles: Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Renewals Manager, Customer Marketing Manager within SaaS
- Analytical and able to translate complex data into actionable and profitable retention/upsell insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while honing your ability to share insights within your team and across the greater organization
- Have a fail-fast mentality, and actively source unique methods to maximize effectiveness

- Experience with associated campaign tools such as Eloqua and Gainsight

Responsabilités
- Créer et gérer des campagnes de rétention pour nos clients payants;
- Développer et parfaire du contenu qui encourage l'engagement et entraîne des résultats positifs;
- Faire le suivi et l'analyse des programmes par courriel afin de guider les améliorations futures;
- Effectuer des tests A/B sur différentes campagnes pour assurer un suivi en continu du rendement;
- Définir les segments de la clientèle en fonction des programmes (centrés sur l'industrie ou l'utilisateur);
- Gérer le déclenchement de campagnes par courriel au cours du cycle de vie du client pour maximiser les revenus;
- Cibler les risques qui pourraient compromettre le renouvellement des abonnements et en aviser les bons intervenants.
Exigences
- Avoir occupé l'un de ces postes : gestionnaire de l'engagement, gestionnaire de compte, gestionnaire des renouvellements, gestionnaire du marketing client avec un logiciel-service (SaaS);
- Esprit analytique et capacité de traduire des données complexes en perspectives concrètes et pratiques de rétention et de ventes incitatives;
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, tout en affûtant votre aptitude à faire part de vos idées au sein de votre équipe et dans l'organisation;
- Instinct à signaler rapidement un problème, et à trouver activement des méthodes uniques afin de maximiser l'efficacité.

- Une expérience avec des outils de campagne est requise, comme Eloqua et Gainsight.
