Digital Art Director - User Acquisition

Join our Digital Marketing Creative team!

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Art Director with an outstanding eye for ad focused design. In this role you will craft the user acquisition advertising for our digital games. You will work closely with creative and channel leads to entice and delight our fans as you bring high-profile marketing campaigns to life. Using your strong language of design and art you will direct internal and external design teams to deliver on-message assets. Drawing from your proven design skills you will also directly create impactful assets. And, you will use your command of design-centric problem solving to contribute to the ongoing optimization of site engagement and conversion.

What you'll do:

• Play games and have fun with your colleagues! We are a game company after all.
• Learn, interpret, and understand. You will regularly spend time learning about our new products and marketing strategy to identify creative opportunities.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and execution.
• Craft world-class designs.

What you'll bring:

• A strong design portfolio containing examples of display ads.
• At least five years progressive experience in graphic design and at least two years in an art direction role.
• A four-year degree in art, design, or related field.
• A passion for piercing ideas and a true love of collaboration.
