お客様の開発状況、スケジュールそして目標は常に異なります。このため、お客様の要望を理解するために積極的にコミュニケーションを行い、お客様の問題に沿った解消方法を提供しています。
業務内容
- Unityを使用しているお客様に対し、要望に沿ったテクニカルサポートを提供します
- お客様の持つ問題を解消するため、チーム内外のメンバーと積極的に協力します
- お客様へのサービスの品質に責任を持ち、チームのメンバーと議論し、より良いサービスの提供に努めます
- お客様からの要望がある場合、緊急対応を行います。この際、お客様、サポートチーム、Unity内の各部署の間に立ち、協調を促し、迅速な解決に至るよう努めます
必須経験・スキル
- ゲーム製作の技術および方式に関する深い知識と豊富な経験 ( Android, iOS ネイティブアプリ制作の経験 / コンソール市場向けゲームの開発・リリース経験)
- Unity を用いた製品の製作経験
- 社内・社外の豊富な折衝経験 ( 特に、BtoBのカスタマーサービス、テクニカルサポートなど)
- 高い社交性、プレゼンテーション・コミュニケーション能力および積極的な人間性
- 流暢な日本語
歓迎する経験・スキル
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- ノンゲームジャンルへの取り組みにも積極的な興味を持てる方
- 世界各地との協調業務のために勤務時間帯を調整できる方

The Unity Enterprise Consulting Team is a small but dedicated group of experts in Unity optimization. As a member of the global Unity Support Group they handle complex problems and collaborate with various types of customers to help achieve their goals.
Every customer has differing development circumstances, schedules, and goals, and this team proactively communicates with customers to understand their wishes and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support that meets the needs of customers using Unity
- Actively collaborate with personnel inside and outside of the team to solve customer issues
- Own the quality of service provided to customers, and discuss with team members to provide better service going forward
- Work with customers, the support team, and other departments within Unity to rapidly respond to customer requests
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in game production technologies and the production process ( Experience in developing native apps for Android, iOS / Experience in developing and releasing games for the console market)
- Experience in developing products using Unity
- Extensive experience negotiating with people inside and outside of the company( Especially experience related to business to business customer service and technical support)
- High sociability, strong presentation and communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in Japanese language

- Project management experience
- Active interest in areas outside of gaming
- Ability to work flexible hours in order to collaborate with people all over the world
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, for short periods, with prior notification
- Business level English ability
