We are looking for a Developer Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-impact developer programs. You will lead content and marketing of large developer events, as well as lead marketing for our important developer programs – from planning, to development, to go-to-market.
You will work cross-functionally and have close relationships across Developer Relations, Product, and Marketing teams. You will have demonstrated exceptional project management skills to orchestrate planning and executing large-scale events, marketing campaigns and programs.
You will:
- Project manage end-to-end content development and marketing for the Roblox Developer Conference (RDC)
- This includes content planning, save-the-date announcements, speaker preparation, keynote support, project managing creation of all creatives, and supporting events lead for RDC
- Lead go-to-market for developer programs and other events, including partnering on creative development, managing the overall communication strategy and phases, and ensuring successful execution
- Support the go-to-market for developer products and developer education
You’ll have:
- 5+ years developer marketing or product marketing experience
- Experience with content strategy and marketing for developer events preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and working with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy
- Demonstrated effectiveness being hands-on with individual projects
