As a Developer Program Manager on the Developer Relations team you'll join a growing organization which enables the success of developers on our platform through a variety of programs. You will report to the Lead of Developer Programs which falls under the Community Operations Pod. The Developer Program Manager will support programs such as Roblox Developer Conference, The Bloxy's, and Developer Awards. You will be a voice of the development community by aligning on goals that create value for both our developers and the team.

You Will:
- Partner with members of the Marketing Events Team to orchestrate the Roblox Developer Conference and The Bloxy's (an award show for creators on the Roblox platform)
- Communicate with vendors and internal partners to release the Developer Awards program on a quarterly basis
- Develop reports to reflect the impact and health of all the programs you own
- Partner with the team to create processes and optimization for the multiple programs
- Support programs to help empower and champion developers worldwide on the Roblox platform
