As a Developer Insights Manager on the Developer Relations team you'll join a
growing organization which enables the success of developers on our platform through a
variety of initiatives. You will be the liaison between our Developer, Product and Engineering
Teams. You will support and design new programs to support and empower our
community of developers and creators.
You Are:
- A projects expert, with a proven track record of aligning teams and prioritizing
features, resources, and deadlines
- Comfortable communicating with important partners including key stakeholders and leaders
- Experienced in leading a small team
- Organized, balancing priorities, trade-offs, and tasks at the strategic level
- Knowledge, of JIRA, Confluence, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- A dynamic worker who will implement multiple programs while balancing the
company's mission
- An inspiration to others, passionate about developer success and being a role model to
up-and-coming developers
- A project owner , able to establish your work and processes
- Comfortable with international programs and working with
stakeholders across multiple countries
You Will:
- Balance the needs of internal stakeholders, business objectives, developers, and Roblox
players while upholding the long-term vision of Roblox
- Eloquently present and debate nuanced and difficult decisions with our
management team and highly engaged community members
- Support programs to help empower and celebrate developers worldwide on the
Roblox platform
- Work with internal teams to promote new programs and tools to our developers
that are aligned with their skill levels and interest
- Analyze data and construct reports to reflect the impact and health of programs, and the
health of the developer community
