About the Role

Twitch has grown from a streaming website into a platform that developers can use to integrate their games and interactive experiences with their projects. With hundreds of games being sold on Twitch, to thousands of applications using our APIs, to interactive experiences such as Twitch Extensions.
Twitch is looking for a dynamic problem solver, who will support developers that publish and manage their content on Twitch. You will be a part of a team of content review specialists who provide world-class support to developers. You will work directly with these developers along side our internal teams through several communication channels to ensure that developers get the world class treatment they deserve. You will report to a Program Management Manager on the Platform and Services team.
This position is located in San Francisco CA, and Seattle WA.
You Will:
- Review a variety of content submitted by third-party developers to Twitch
- Seek out and suggest solutions to issues or improvements to the developer experience using observed metrics as a foundation
- Work with business and development teams to bring life to unique campaigns and experiences on Twitch
- Advocate for our developers by reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement in documentation and available support tools
- Offer consultation to your colleagues, working with key stakeholders in related teams to establish yourself as a subject matter expert in specific contact topics
You Have:
- 1 + years experience working directly with customers to address and resolve issues of a technical product or service
- Experience in technical support with problem ticketing, incident management, and/or issue escalation
- Comfort working with a broad range of technological productivity and workflow management tools including the Google Workplace apps suite, sprint boards, and databases
- Experience responding to and resolving customer issues through written responses
- Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed
- Problem solving skills and a desire to dig into the details of a system or process to address customer problems

The base pay range for this position in Washington is $55,600 - $97,400 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience . A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
