DevOps Intern

WHO WE ARE:

2K is a leading global developer and publisher of some of today’s most popular games and is most well-known for several of its critically-acclaimed franchises, including NBA 2K, Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia, WWE 2K, Sid Meier’s Civilization, XCOM, PGA TOUR 2K and more .

The Core Technology group is responsible for identifying common problems across the company and building solutions to those problems. We fill our team with individuals who enjoy a challenge, like working in a fast-paced environment, and want to take ownership and responsibility for products.

WHAT WE NEED:

• An intellectually curious intern that already has knowledge of computer programming and web or distributed service technologies
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop programming or DevOps projects with one of our Principal Engineers
  
  

WHO WE THINK WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

• You are enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering or similar, either at college or university, at the time of the internship
• Intermediate or better knowledge of at least one programming language that we use: JavaScript, Golang or Java
• Comfortable working with the command line in Windows or Linux; scripting a plus
• Know how to use a version control system
