Destiny Player Identity UI/UX Feature Lead

Bungie is looking for a motivated, organized, team-oriented Feature Lead to help drive Destiny 2’s Player Identity UIUX Small Team, building UI features that fulfill Players' desires to express their personality, dedication, and history via their Destiny Account and Guardian.
As a UIUX Feature Lead, you are a collaborative leader who can identify goals and vision, set strategy for the team, and break down complex goals into more simple tasks and direction. You’re committed to fostering a culture of helping everyone make their ideas stronger. You utilize analytics and feedback to upgrade the player experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Area Lead, Design Lead and Leadership Teams, and Small Team to identify and prioritize features
- Identify and develop goals and success criteria for features
- Utilize input from business product management and analytics to inform goals and development
- Drive, coordinate, empower, and unblock your team to achieve their best
- Ensure the Team's work is achievable by guiding them to appropriately adjust scope and expectations
- Coordinate with other UIUX teams to maintain consistent design patterns, quality, and work in shared feature sets
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience setting vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a team
- Experience developing and iterating on feature goals
- Ability to integrate and evolve systems into a large, complex, shared world game
- Experience working with analytics and product management
- Ability to communicate effectively across disciplines
- Experience with UIUX disciplines
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience working on shared world games
- Experience working with multiple gaming platforms
- Experience hiring, training, and managing other Designers
- Experience working on FPS action games
