Destiny 2 Executive Producer

Bungie seeks an experienced Executive Producer to help us create exciting Destiny releases that exceed our players' expectations, meet our business goals, and complete on time and within budget. The Destiny 2 Executive Producer will lead a group of 30 Producers, an inspiring team with a range of experience levels and a uniform commitment to greatness. The Executive Producer champions craft excellence in the Production discipline, as well as quality people management in the department. The Executive Producer is also a member of the Destiny 2 Leadership Team that helps drive process, product, and organization across multiple simultaneous in-flight releases, ensuring that they all meet our high quality standards across the board.

The incoming Executive Producer will be highly supported with extensive onboarding support, including multiple months of direct mentorship and ramp-up from the existing Executive Producer.
