Desktop Support Specialist

KingsIsle Entertainment is currently looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team.

Responsibilities- Image, install, and deploy office PC workstations
- Troubleshoot PC software, hardware, and network connectivity problems
- Provision VoIP phones, voicemail boxes, and the global phone directory
- Manage user accounts and shared resources on servers
- Set up and manage email boxes, lists, and shared rooms on the email servers
- Provide application support for 3rd party software used by the teams
- Support the network printers and scanners
- Provide remote and desk-side support to the staff
- Train employees on proper use and maintenance of software
Requirements- Associate's Degree
- Expert understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and major anti-malware suites
- Must be able to independently troubleshoot and support network issues
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Excellent personal presentation, oral, and written skills
- 3-5 years previous experience in Desktop Support
- A+ certified
- Mac/iOS experience
Preferences- Experience with server rooms, racking/wiring of servers, and patching Ethernet
- Experience with VPN services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory domains
- Experience with Linux/Mac
- MCP, MCSA, MCSE,CCNA, A+, Network + and/or Security+
- Experience setting up PCs using FFU, or Clonezilla
