Delivery Manager

Description

We’re looking for an experienced and super talented Delivery Manager to lead 2 Game development teams in an energetic startup environment.

As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding amazing cross-functional teams of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a fast pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the team deliverables;
• Plan and execute product releases;
• Provide timelines for a feature development;
• Run 2 Scrum teams;
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Facilitate Scrum events;
• Be involved in the day to day release and production activities;
• Be a synchronization point for other Scrum teams in a studio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;
• Strong proven experience with Scrum;
• Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams);
• Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Fluent in English;
• Result-driven and self-organized;
• Strong relationship and communication skills;
• Accountability and proactivity;
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
• Change management experience.
